Broom Corn (Sorghum vulgare) isn’t corn at all but instead a grain plant called Sorghum that is used in the making of traditional brooms. It looks much like corn when it grows but instead of corn ears it produces natural red-orange seed pod heads atop straw broom style stalks. Dried Red Broom Corn looks stunning en masse or as part of other dried arrangements.
