Muscovy ducks are popular both for it’s meat and eggs. They are very hardy and strong birds and they grow relatively fast. Muscovy ducks in gardens are beneficial because they will eat snails, slugs, bugs and grubs that feed on and weaken plants. It can take 8 months to achieve mature size.
